Renovating your bathroom, or any room, can either be a daunting task or fun task. The key to making it a fun task is organisation and having all the materials you require. If you’ve ever watched The Block on Channel 9 you’ll know that organisation and sleep is key to renovating anything in your home.
Specifically this post if going to be about bathrooms, because that’s what I’m renovating at the moment, and I’ll be doing the kitchen in the coming months: so keep an eye out for that blog post.
When taking on the task of pulling everything apart in my bathroom, I was pretty excited to have a day of destruction, pulling apart everything from the tiles on the walls to bending and smashing the old rusty shower head that gave me so much grief in the mornings. The fun part only lasts a day though, which is followed by a series of tasks that really did take through a roller coaster of emotions.
I didn’t quite give up on the bathroom all together, I got a professional to help me. Crystal Bathrooms who are Sydney’s bathroom renovators came in and assessed my situation with a professional attitude and the expertise I wouldn’t be able to stumble across on Houzz.
After all your renovations are done you’re going to have a heap of junk lying around, although Crystal Bathrooms cleaned up all f their mess, I’m sure some of you DIY people that didn’t give it as easily as myself will have some rubbish to take to the tip.
There are some companies that offer skips to sit outside your house, or you can go all out and get a company like Cheapest Load of Rubbish Sydney to pick it all up for you on the day or the next. Super easy!
Well that’s all I have to share with you guys today, hope you stick around for my kitchen renovation post.
